Q3. Can The P4 be used by all types of schools?
Certainly yes, our mission is to formalize the informal. According to a survey, 83% of schools in India are unorganized, our goal is to reach out to them and be the changemaker in the way they manage themselves and impart education to their students.

Q1. How do I track my child’s progress?
When a school partners with The P4, it is given access to The P4 mobile application which will be shared with all parents. This will ensure that you have daily access to all progress in your childrens learning journey at The P4 powered school.
Thorough it you can access your child’s attendance reports, grades for examinations, assignment submissions and many other things. You can also communicate with the school management or teachers for individual feedback about your child.

The P4 mobile application is designed in compliance with all government regulations related to mobile applications for children. We have ensured maximum safety of our students in the application and it is designed for delivering education to any student above 10 years of age.
The application provides modern and innovative learning experience to a student. At the same time, it also gives you the opportunity to track your childs progress.

Yes, The P4 mobile application comes with a dedicated communications channel which is directly connected with a schools ERP which will provide a real-time experience in communicating with the school about your child’s progress.

Feedback is one of the most critical elements of a school that partners with The P4. All schools which have The P4 are provided a dedicated Customer Support System through which parents can provide a feedback about their experience.
We are also open to suggestions, after all it is suggestions that lead to change and development in anything. Hence, your suggestions are welcome at any school that partners with The P4.

Teachers are at the core of all our activities at any school powered by The P4. Our focus lies in constant empowerment of teachers in our partner schools which we do by providing them all resources that they need to conduct their classrooms.
Monthly webinars and lectures by experts are also conducted with all our partner schools so that teachers have more opportunity to socialize, network and learn from other school teachers as well as principals.

Teachers at The P4 schools receive an access to all training courses, teacher training initiatives and learning materials that assists them in easily delivering their content.

As one of the leading school management system in India our focus also lies in online schooling for all schools. This can be done through The P4 mobile application something through which students from all our partner schools attended online classes during lockdown.
Our partner schools will get all types of technological support to promote online, offline and hybrid learning. The mobile application is integrated with the changes of our time.
Children can attend classes, submit homework and assignments, listen to lectures, give test and practice while sitting at their homes. Additionally, parents and teachers can also keep a watch on their child’s progress and provide student counselling as and when it is necessary for the students.
